The Task: Support the Nordeus recruiting campaign with an innovative trade fair concept.
The Path: For Gamescom 2014, game developer Nordeus (Top Eleven) was interested in developing a cool and athletic stand concept that also highlighted its recruiting campaign. Getup! to create presented an idea that hit the bull’s eye: a “locker room” themed stand, with free stadium snacks for all visitors, female promoters distributing “Currywurst for free” flyers including wooden forks, actual stadium bleachers as seats, and jobs printed on jerseys and hung in the lockers as employment opportunities.
The Result: Thousands of leads generated, innumerable talks with prospective employees.
